What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM built into your phone. You download a data plan instead of inserting a plastic card, and you can keep several eSIM plans on one device.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Dial *#06#. If a 32-digit EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM. It also has to be carrier-unlocked.

Can I call and use WhatsApp?

Datasky plans are data-only, with no local phone number. WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps work as usual, and your WhatsApp number stays the same.

When do my 30 days start?

Only when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not on the day you buy or install it.

Can I add more data later?

Yes. Top up the same eSIM from the app or website. The new data is added with no new install or QR code.
